1. The Explicit Rule on Digital Goods
At Siesoul Social, we provide completely digital services (like algorithmic profile matching, cloud storage, and premium communication tools). Because digital features are instantly allocated to your account the second a transaction completes, all purchases are considered legally final.
Unless strictly dictated by consumer protection law in your specific jurisdiction (such as the EU’s 14-day rule covering untouched digital services), we do not offer retroactive refunds for buyer’s remorse. We highly encourage you to utilize our free features to decide if the app is right for you prior to upgrading.
2. Precisely How Subscription Cancellations Work
We hate platform lock-ins. You have complete control to sever a subscription unilaterally. To avoid being charged on an automated recurring cycle, you must initiate the cancellation prior to the exact second the new billing epoch begins.
Proration Example: We explicitly do not prorate cancellations. For example: If you buy a 30-day Premium membership on March 1st, and you manually cancel it on March 15th, you will not receive a 50% refund for the remaining 15 days. Instead, you simply will not be billed again on April 1st, and you will retain full premium access until your current cycle naturally runs out on March 30th.

Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription - Through Resellers: If you bought directly via the Apple iOS settings or Google Play subscriptions menu, you must cancel cleanly through those native mobile device menus.
3. How to Submit a Technical Dispute Ticket
Did you experience a genuine technical glitch where our servers double-charged you erroneously? We want to fix that immediately. To trigger an internal forensic billing audit, you must:
- Submit a ticket to care@siesoul.social strictly within 30 days of the erroneous charge hitting your bank.
- Provide the exact date, the total amount charged, and the email address mapped to your Siesoul Social profile.
- Wait 2-4 business days while we query the Stripe/Apple ledger logs. If our system malfunctioned, we will execute a manual financial reversal directly back to your card.
4. Financial Fraud & The Chargeback Blacklist
Running a social network isn't cheap, and malicious "friendly fraud" destroys small businesses. If you purposefully bypass our internal dispute system by filing an illegitimate chargeback or payment reversal directly through your bank (e.g., claiming you didn't buy the subscription when you actively utilized it for two weeks), we take extremely rigid and automated action:
- Your Siesoul Social account will be instantaneously hard-locked and terminated.
- Your device identifier, email, and associated IP addresses will be permanently blacklisted across our entire ecosystem.
- We will automatically compile active logs of your usage (session times, IP location) and submit a defense package to your bank to successfully contest the chargeback.
