End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. The Software License Concept

Siesoul Social represents years of complex engineering. When you download the application from the App Store or Google Play, you aren't "buying" a piece of software that you subsequently own. You are being granted a restrictive, personal license allowing you to execute the binary on your personal device.

This Custom EULA explicitly supersedes specific fallback clauses baked into the generic Apple "Standard EULA", specifically tightening our protections against reverse-engineering and providing zero guarantees regarding server uptimes.

2. Specific Software Restrictions (Jailbreaking & Emulation)

To protect the overarching security and encrypted chat integrity of the Siesoul Social platform, this license strictly limits how the app can be technically executed. Under penalty of license revocation, you may not:

• Run the Siesoul Social binary on unauthorized Android/iOS emulators (like Bluestacks) deployed specifically for the purpose of GPS spoofing or algorithmic farming.
• Execute the application on a fundamentally compromised, "jailbroken", or "rooted" mobile device that intentionally bypasses OS-level sandbox securities.
• Modify the underlying app bundle or inject custom code frameworks into the runtime memory.

3. No Service Level Agreement (SLA) & "As-Is" Status

While we utilize premium edge-network servers to keep Siesoul Social lightning fast, the software and infrastructure are provided completely "As-Is" and "As Available."

Critical Legal Disclaimer: Siesoul Social Inc. provides absolutely no Service Level Agreement (SLA) to consumers. This means we do not guarantee 99.9% uptime, nor do we promise that the app won't suffer from unexpected crashes, routing failures, or scheduled maintenance blackouts. If the servers go down for 4 hours, it does not constitute a breach of this EULA.

4. Store Front Liability Exemptions

You acknowledge definitively that:

• Apple and Google have absolutely zero obligation to furnish maintenance or debugging support for Siesoul Social.
• Siesoul Social Inc., and not Apple/Google, is solely responsible for mitigating legal claims relating to product liability or consumer protection regarding the application functionality itself.

5. Revocation of License

If you violate these technical restrictions or the broader Acceptable Use Policy, Siesoul Social Inc. reserves the absolute right to instantly terminate your EULA license. At the moment of termination, you are legally obligated to delete the app binaries and all associated cache files from your mobile devices.
