Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Last Updated: March 2026 | Community Guidelines
1. Setting the Baseline for Respect
Siesoul Social is a lifestyle networking application dedicated to fostering organic, respectful social connections. This Acceptable Use Policy isn't just arbitrary legalese—it lays out the specific behaviors that will result in an immediate, unquestioned ban from the platform.
2. Specific Social Behavioral Violations
To maintain a premium, safe environment, the following social violations are aggressively audited:
- Hate Speech & Targeted Harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for bigotry. Utilizing ethnic slurs, inciting violence, stalking another user, or actively organizing "doxxing" campaigns to release a user's private physical address is prohibited.
- Sexual Exploitation & CSAM: Storing, transmitting, or requesting any form of non-consensual deepfakes, revenge porn, or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). (Note: We operate an active pipeline with federal law enforcement regarding CSAM.)
- Dating Application Behavior: Persistently utilizing Siesoul Social as a romantic matchmaking app (e.g., aggressively sending romantic propositions to users explicitly utilizing the app for platonic networking).
3. Explicit Network & Technical Violations
You agree that you will not weaponize the Siesoul Social infrastructure. The following technical actions will result in an immediate IP and MAC address block:
- Scraping and API Spam: Utilizing automated Python frameworks or bots to bypass rate limits and aggressively spam our APIs (e.g., trying to fetch 1,000 user profiles a minute) to build an unauthorized database.
- Cyberattacks: Attempting to launch a volumetric Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack to crash our servers, or probing our AWS infrastructure for unpatched SQL injection or cross-site scripting vulnerabilities.
- Financial Laundering: Using our application as a bridge to algorithmically verify stolen credit card PANs ("carding") or obfuscating funds via illicit crypto pipelines.
4. The Appeals Process
We realize that occasionally, an automated moderation bot might trigger a false-positive ban. If your account was locked and you strictly believe you did not violate any point detailed within this AUP, you possess the right to launch an appeal.
To Appeal: Forward an explicit explanation to bug@siesoul.social. Include your registered email address and any contextual screenshots. A human moderator will physically review the logs within 7 business days. If the system was overly aggressive, your account will be immediately reinstated.
