This document explicitly outlines what marketing activities we engage in, how your data is safely utilized to power these campaigns, and the legal limitations of liability regarding promotions.

To grow the Siesoul Social community and keep you informed about exciting updates, we engage in several standard marketing practices:

• Digital Retargeting & Ads: We run advertisements on external social networks (like Instagram, TikTok, or X). We may use strictly anonymized tracking pixels to serve you relevant ads based on your general interest in our platform.
• Partnerships & Sweepstakes: Occasionally, we partner with lifestyle brands to offer exclusive perks, event tickets, or sweepstakes to our community.
• Affiliate Links: We may sometimes share links to third-party services or products we think you'll love. If you click these links, we may earn a small commission.

3. Legal Protections & Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and exciting marketing materials, but to protect our community and our company from frivolous litigation, the following legal exclusions apply to all Siesoul Social marketing initiatives:

• No Guarantees & Right to Modify: Any promotional offers, discounts, or "free trial" campaigns advertised are subject to strict availability. Siesoul Social Inc. explicitly reserves the right to modify, restrict, or entirely withdraw any promotion at any time, without prior notice and without financial liability to the user. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any advertised price or feature.
• Third-Party Promotions Exemption: Siesoul Social Inc. holds absolutely no liability for the fulfillment, quality, or safety of products, services, or prizes offered by third-party partners during joint marketing campaigns or sweepstakes. If you engage with a partner brand, you do so entirely at your own risk.
• "As-Is" Representation: Marketing materials, video trailers, and ad mockups are for promotional purposes only and do not constitute a legally binding warranty regarding the app's final functionality. The app is provided "as is," and promotional visuals may sometimes feature conceptual, pre-release designs.

4. GDPR & EU Compliance

We fully respect the strict privacy rules in Europe (like the GDPR). If you live in the EU or the UK, we use a firm "opt-in" approach. This means you will only receive marketing emails or notifications from us if you specifically asked for them.

We hate spam just as much as you do. You always have absolute control over your communication preferences. Every marketing email we send has an easy, one-click "unsubscribe" link. You can also turn off marketing push notifications directly in the Siesoul Social app settings.

(Note: Even if you opt out of marketing, we still have to send you important system or security emails, like password resets or billing receipts.)
